Trade & Advisory
We are the person in the middle. A company needs a buyer, a supplier, a crew or a way into a new market, and we know who is on the other side. We make the introduction, keep both parties talking and stay at the table until the contract is signed.
What a mediator does for you
Most cross-border deals do not fail on price. They fail because the two sides never meet, do not trust each other, or lose weeks misunderstanding what the other one needs. We solve that part. We speak the languages, we know how business is done in Vienna, Sarajevo, Miami and Shenzhen, and we have already worked with many of the people you would otherwise have to find.
We work for one side at a time, on a written mandate, and we say openly whom we represent.
Services
- Deal brokerage
- We find the counterpart, open the conversation and structure the deal so that both sides can sign. Buyers for your products, sellers for what you need, partners for a joint project.
- Sourcing for clients
- You have a product idea, a bill of materials or a supplier that is letting you down. We find the manufacturer, negotiate price and terms, and check the factory before you commit money.
- Workforce placement
- Skilled workers and complete crews for construction and industrial projects in Austria and the EU, placed through a licensed staffing partner. Paperwork and compliance are handled with the partner.
- Market entry
- Companies from the Balkans or Asia that want to sell in the USA or the EU, and Western companies looking toward the Balkans, China or Indonesia. Distributors, first customers, local partners and the know-how to deal with them.
- Negotiation support
- You already have the counterpart but the talks are stuck. We step in as a neutral voice, find out what each side actually needs and bring the deal back on track.

How a mandate works
Four steps, in this order. Including the first one, where we may tell you that we are not the right partner.
- First callWhat you need, by when, and what we can realistically do about it. Free, and it ends with a clear yes or no from our side.
- Written mandateScope, fee, confidentiality and exclusivity, if any, in writing. Non-disclosure and non-circumvention are part of every mandate.
- Search and introductionsWe approach the counterparts, qualify them and introduce only those worth your time. You hear from us at agreed intervals.
- ClosingWe stay at the table through negotiation and contract, and remain the point of contact afterwards if you want us to.
Fees
Most mandates are paid on success: a commission on the value of the deal that closes, agreed in writing before we start.
Work that needs a lot of research before the first introduction, such as a supplier search across several countries, carries a monthly retainer that is credited against the success fee. The first call costs nothing. You will know what we charge before you owe us anything.

Discretion
We do not publish client names, deal sizes or the details of any mandate, past or present. Some of the work we do would not belong on a public website even with permission. References are available in conversation, under NDA where the client asks for it.
We act as an intermediary. We are not a law firm, a licensed broker-dealer or an investment adviser, and nothing on this site is an offer of securities or legal advice. Where a deal needs a lawyer, a notary or a licensed professional, we say so and bring one in.
