Privacy policy
Effective September 18, 2026
This policy explains what personal information MAS Solutions Group LLC ("we", "us") collects through massolutions.io, how we use it and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible
MAS Solutions Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a European office in Vienna, Austria. Contact: office@massolutions.io
2. What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, the topic you select and your message. The form also records the time of sending and your IP address to help us filter spam.
Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records server logs for each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page and browser type. These logs are used for security and to fix errors.
What we do not collect. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
3. How we use it
We use the information you send us only to answer your inquiry and, if a business relationship follows, to manage that relationship. We use server logs only to keep the site secure and working.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or share personal information for advertising. We disclose it only to service providers who process it on our behalf (our web host, Hostinger, and our email provider), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
5. How long we keep it
Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and follow up. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 24 months. Server logs are deleted by our host after a short period.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to office@massolutions.io; we reply within 30 days.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland. We process your information to answer your request and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to its processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because our company is based in the USA, your information may be processed there.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete them.
7. Do Not Track
Because the site does not track visitors across websites, it does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
8. Children
This site is intended for business contacts. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
