- Products we can sell under our own brand. Send what you make; we say quickly whether it fits.
What you get from us
- A buyer with its own brands. We order to sell, and we reorder what sells. We are not collecting quotes for someone else.
- Two markets, one contact. The USA through our headquarters in Florida, the EU through Vienna, the Balkans through our partner network. Import, customs and VAT are set up.
- One person to talk to. The same contact from first email to reorder, in English.
- A visit before the first order. We come to the factory. We would rather spend a day on the floor than a month on emails.
- Clear specifications. Written specs, approved samples and a QC checklist before production starts.
What we ask of you
- Samples before any order, at your usual sample price.
- A clear price basis, EXW or FOB, with MOQ and lead time.
- Export documentation and, where the product needs it, test reports and certificates for the EU and US markets.
- Someone on your side who answers within a working day during production.
How a first order comes about

- We answerWithin one week, with a clear interest or a clear no. We do not leave suppliers waiting.
- SamplesWe order samples, test them, and send back a written list of what to change, if anything.
- VisitWe come to your factory, look at the line, meet the people who will make our product.
- Trial orderA first, smaller order with written specs and a QC check before shipping. If it goes well, it repeats.
